Nick is a Corporate Partner at global City law firm, GunnerCooke LLP. In his long career before GunnerCooke LLP, Nick had a number of roles as Legal Director or equivalent at enterprise companies, and has been advising at Board level since the 1980’s. Nick also brings a wealth of Government and political experience. He was elected as a Conservative MP between 1992-2005, serving in John Major’s Government, in two different departments and then as a Shadow Minister under 3 successive Conservative Opposition leaders. His most senior role in Government was as Shadow Solicitor-General.
