Our investment thesis
The UK is home to a sophisticated and mature generation of professional service executives, largely concentrated within the Big Four, large tech consulting houses, international boutiques, and scale-ups. In a world where AI won't replace executive judgement, we think an opportunity lies in investing in that talent - whether that's by launching new and leaner firms led by experienced professionals, or backing scale-up mid-market firms in entering and capturing high-growth emerging markets abroad.
